This beautiful home is located on Brettell Lane in the heart of Stourbridge. Local amenities including shops, close proximity to the town centre and motorway network links. Employed, fully trained carers provide residents with daily support and peace of mind for families. The Mount has been adapted to provide a warm and comfortable environment for all residents and gives that homely feel.

Accommodation

 

The Mount is home to 18 residents; offering two lounges, a large tended garden and dining spaces. Offered are single room and shared rooms for couples.

Our chef is on hand to prepare fresh meals, just like your loved one is used to at home. The Mount is able to cater for any special dietary requirements and can provide meals for visiting family or friends.

Our home is fitted with the latest security alert system, meaning our residents are safe and secure with us.

Staff

 

Our carefully selected staff are fully trained and inducted by our Registered Care Manager. All care staff are reference and DBS checked, prior to starting employment. Any staff not delivering care are DBS checked also to ensure safety at all times for our residents.

​

Care staff are recruited not just on previous experience, but on their ability to; care, empathise, communicate and to help our residents with the transition with moving to a new home.

Fees

 

Our personalised care can be both privately or fully funded (CHC or Local Authority), with top up's available for those who do not meet the threshold. 

 

After your initial enquiry and visit to our setting, our Registered Care Manager will visit you personally to assess your needs and wants for moving to your new home, ensuring we can make your transition as easy as possible.

Personalised residential care packages start at £600.00 per week.
